RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU CUSTOMERS)
Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers) If you are based in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you must notify us within those 14 days by contacting us at lizelle@pillowsandpatterns.com. Once you have notified us, you then have a further 14 days to return the item to us. Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item, to your original payment method. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Please note: personalised or custom-made items are exempt from the right of withdrawal unless they are damaged or defective.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
In the event of a dispute, we will always try to resolve matters directly with you. EU customers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

DELIVERY
