We are all very good at downing a whole bottle of water after an intense and sweaty workout, but what about when we are at work in a climate-controlled office?
I for one know that I don't tend to drink as much water as I should when I am working because I do not want to be disturbed by having to run to the bathroom because my bladder is full.

Yes, there is a lot of good reasons to drink lots of H2O but water can sometimes get pretty boring. So, switch it up, by snacking on hydrating fruits and veggies like celery sticks or baby tomatoes, melons, cucumbers, grapefruit, carrots, strawberries, and cauliflower.
Instead of buying water every day, why not bring your own water bottle. It will be good for you and the environment. By placing it on your desk, where you can see it will remind you to take a sip of water every time you feel thirsty.
Avoid the water is boring syndrome by infusing it with fruity flavors. Prepare your water bottle the night before by infusing your H2O with your favorite fruit or veggie flavors like lemon or lime juice for a zesty citrus flavor or try out some fun combinations like mint, cucumber and lemon, ginger and lemon or strawberry and cucumber, rosemary and grapefruit.
